Hotels

Winchester does not have an hotel large enough to accommodate the entire meeting. Discounted rates (detailed in the information pack sent out with the registration forms) have been obtained at three hotels, all within a few minutes walk of Winchester Guildhall. Rooms wil be held for our use until 15 August 2002. You are strongly advised to book early.

Reservations should be made by you directly with the hotel of your choice quoting the booking reference given below for each hotel in order to obtain the discounted rate. Please remember to specify single or double occupancy, non-smoking or smoking, and whether you are staying Thursday as well as Friday and Saturday. Credit card details will be required to secure a booking.
